Welcome to our FileWave online self-learning programme.

The courses within this category are split into the following core components:

  • 101 - FileWave Concepts.  A high level overview of the FileWave products
  • 201 - FileWave Insights.  An in-depth look, actively reviewing the product and how to benefit from its features

Some material is unique per device type, whilst other material is generic to all device management, with shared content.

If you are already familiar with FileWave, you may find the 101 material unnecessary.  However, even if you are familiar with FileWave, if you are looking to add a different device type to your setup, you may still find respective 101 material useful.

Within the 201 material, you will find training exercises which may be reviewed and marked by one of our team, if submitted.  However, they do not form part of the FCA examination and qualification, but aid you on your understanding.

Wish to take the FCA exams and become certified…

The FCA exams do not require submission of material and are a series of multiple choice questions.

We hope you enjoy your journey.
