You may have noticed some issues in Foundry on or after January 12th, 2025. We identified the root cause and as part of the fix had to go back to the January 12th backup so if you notice any lost progress in Foundry it is likely that from Jan 12th -> Jan 16th there could be lost progress. Everything seems healthy now and the root cause appears to be a bug in some of the content caching in Moodle which is the software that runs the Foundry which led to things looking broken.
